
Important guidelines: Do not risk injury in order to complete the exercise. Any person with known medical conditions should always consult their physician before any yoga practice. Take breaks as needed. Even just staying with the breath in a meditative state is powerful work! If you are a women and on your moon cycle (on the first 3 days of menstruating) or pregnant, then avoid "Breath of Fire" or rapidly pumping the naval energy center. You can substitute with long deep breathing.
